Here ,I am sharing you my experience which I had applied myself at
home. We know that many medicine, gel, oil etc are available at market for
breast enhancement.But doing exercise at home we can easily achieve good
result without any side effect.
How to increase breast size in 1 month???
when you have a great mindset to achieve your goal then you do it. exercise
is the most effective to balance our hormones in our body. sometimes girls
feel very uncomfortable to share about their breast problem with doctor. I
can only say them that breast have a number of function , though not all of
them are sexual. usually they feeds babies, make us more attractive and
faminine and many more. So let go your thought and start to take care
of yourself.
Now, everyone think what exercises lift your breast????????
1. Push-up : Push-ups are always a very best exercise to
increase chest size. For women push-ups are perfect to increase their breast
size.
Do plank. back straight.Hands are placed as close to the chest as
possible. Push your chest towards the floor. Do 3 set(10+10+10)
daily.
2. Dumbbell fly : The dumbbell fly is a excellent exercise to lift
your chest . This exercise helps to develop that separated look in the
chest.
holding dumbbells both hands( dumbbell weight is according to your
body strength) using a natural grip, bend at your hips and allow your arms
to hang down freely.
pull the weights toward the ceiling with the help of your deltoid muscle.Do
3 sets( 10+10+10) daily.

3. Arm -circle : Arm circle exercise is usually do for warm-up. But
research shows that arm circle is a very effective exercise for women
,especially to increase breast size.
stand straight with your feet shoulder apart.extend your both arm without
bending your elbows.slowly rotate your arms clockwise and anticlockwise.Do 2
sets (15+15) daily.
4. Palm pressing : Palm pressing is a very easy exercise for all age women.
you cant make any excuses for this exercise .do it anywhere and
anytime.
puts your arms together and hold it in front of your chest.push your palms
together as hard as possible.Do 25-30 times daily.

5. chest dip : Chest dips is second effective exercise to activate more
muscle group of chest. If we do it properly, it gives us the best result
within 2 weeks .
stand between the parallel bars. Push yourself up ,keep your elbow straight
and bend your knees. after that bend your elbow and slowly lower your body
down. Do 3 set ( 10+10+10)
